Does the voice agent set itself up from my website, or do I have to write the knowledge base?

You do not have to write the knowledge base by hand. When you start an agent from a website, the agent crawls the site, builds the knowledge base and adds FAQs and the rest. In about thirty seconds the AI produces a good system prompt from the crawl.

If anything needs correcting, edit it in the agent's prompt.
